An Alban man has been fined for not abiding by the mandatory two-week quarantine. Arriving from Jamaica on Nov. 1, the call came into Police on Nov. 3 of a possible breach of the Quarantine Act in French River. The man must now pay a fine of just over $1,200. Public Health Ontario has noted a decrease in the new cases of COVID-19 today, with 987.
